The room was set up for 80 to enjoy a sit down turkey dinner with all the fixings, but the many volunteers serving and cooking for the Boys & Girls Club of Seaside’s annual Thanksgiving meal knew it was just the beginning of feeding about 375 children and their families.
“The beauty is they know we care,” said Michael Jackson, president and CEO of the Seaside club on La Salle Avenue.
