Dana P. is a remarkable fourth-grade student and has been a praiseworthy member of the Boys & Girls Club of Monterey County for two years. At just 9 years old, Dana has shown an unwavering focus on her tasks, consistently exhibiting good behavior and serving as an admirable role model for her peers. Her kind-hearted and helpful nature towards the staff at the Club is truly commendable. Dana recently graduated from Read Naturally, surpassing the reading limit of 133 words per minute with an outstanding score of 149 words per minute. Dana’s dedication and commitment to her education are truly inspiring, and will continue to achieve great things in the future. When Dana was asked about her favorite part of the Club she replied “Science Center because I get to do a lot of cool experiments and visit the garden”.
