We’re proud to celebrate Rosalia Aguilar as our distinguished Youth of the Year for her standout performance in the Northern California Youth of the Year Competition hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley. Among 14 remarkable peers, Rosalia exemplified the values of leadership, academic excellence, and community service. Aspiring to be a surgical nurse, Rosalia is motivated by a desire to help her community in their most vulnerable moments. Though she did not advance to the State level, her resilience and dedication to making a difference shine brightly. She’s been admitted so far to UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
