March 17th marked two special occasions for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County – our 25th annual Comics for Kids and the 50th Anniversary since our founding in 1968. Thank you for being a part of this legacy!
Our Comics for Kids event was an extraordinary success as we celebrated our Club’s 50thAnniversary! We are thrilled to announce that over $950,000 was raised to support our work in Monterey County – this represents 1/5 of our $4.5 million budget, so it will make a significant difference to over 3,000 local children we serve each year.
